Tucked just outside Chelsea Piers, Hideout Social Club blends recovery, community and high-energy fun in one space.
The club, founded by Ryan Linner, features a 16-person sauna, four separate ice baths and guided sessions designed to boost mental clarity, connection and courage.
“After a trip to Norway with my wife last September, we saw people partying in saunas and then doing cold plunges afterward and it was the coolest vibe I've ever seen before," said Linner. "It hit me, that's it. That's the way to solve it."
The concept is simple: Warm up in the sauna, cool off in the ice baths and enjoy a vibrant social setting in between. It’s a practice done in Norway, known as Nordic Cycle, alternating between heat and cold, believed to offer a range of health benefits.
Guests can sip non-alcoholic beers, take wellness shots, play cornhole or beer pong and connect with like-minded people focused on improving their well-being.
Sessions are designed to leave visitors feeling recharged and revitalized — no long weekend getaway required.
Open hours, and sessions are all posted on their
