Some New Jersey residents played hooky from work on Friday to take advantage of a rare February day with spring-like weather.

New Jersey saw mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the upper-50s, with some areas even reaching 60 degrees.

News 12’s Karina Gerry went out to the Asbury Park Boardwalk to see how some people were spending the day.
