It’s a home price boom in New Jersey’s real estate market.
Eight towns in New Jersey are on a Zillow list of towns with the most expensive home values in the nation.
Jersey Shore town Deal sits at the top in New Jersey and 28th in the country with a typical home value of more than $3 million. Alpine in Bergen County ranked No. 50.
Celebrities like Chris Rock and former Yankee CC Sabathia call the borough bordering the Palisades home.
Cape May County shore towns Avalon and Stone Harbor also made the top 100.
The typical median home value in New Jersey is over $492,000, according to Zillow - the ninth highest in America.
These eight New Jersey towns made the list ranking top 150 U.S. ZIP codes with the highest typical home value:
28. Deal – typical home value: $3,371,057
50. Alpine - typical home value: $2,745,352
62. Avalon - typical home value: $2,444,514
79. Stone Harbor - typical home value: $2,318,889
132. Mantoloking - typical home value: $1,898,828
136. Short Hills - typical home value: $1,886,007
138. Allenhurst - typical home value: $1,879,706
140. Sea Girt - typical home value: $1,872,387
