A man is accused of walking around in Moorestown and exposing himself to multiple people, including two teenagers at a lemonade stand.
Police were called to CVS Pharmacy on Main Street on Sunday where they say a woman was followed by a man in a silver convertible exposing himself and performing lewd acts. Police say the woman attempted to leave the area by crossing the street and going to Wawa, but the man began to follow her there. Moorestown police were eventually called, and the man left the area.
About 45 minutes later, police say two teenagers were selling lemonade at the end of their driveway when a man operating a silver convertible pulled up to their lemonade stand. They say the man requested to purchase two drinks. As both teens approached the man who remained inside his vehicle, police say the teens witnessed him with his pants pulled down, exposing his intimate parts.
According to police, the teens left the area and alerted their parents. The parents captured a photo of the man and his vehicle, as he had pulled over at the end of the block. Moorestown police were eventually called and 52-year-old Brian Miller, of Maple Shade, was positively identified and arrested.
Miller, who resides in the unit block of Lippincott Road, was charged with three counts of lewdness and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was taken to Burlington County Jail after his arrest and processing.
