New Jersey launches annual ‘Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over’ campaign

Police departments around New Jersey are cracking down on drunk driving.
The state gave nearly $796,000 in grant money to 132 law enforcement agencies for the annual holiday “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” program.
Officials say 69 people died in impaired driving crashes between Thanksgiving Eve and New Year’s Eve last year.
The “Driver Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign runs through New Year’s Day.
