The New Jersey Department of Labor just released the new benefit rates for 2026.
Unemployment insurance will increase by $30 to $905 per week.
Temporary disability insurance and family leave insurance will go up by $118 per week.
The workers’ compensation weekly benefit will increase by $40 to nearly $1,200 per week.
The new rates go into effect on Jan. 1.
