New Brunswick police launched an investigation Sunday into an overnight double homicide and suicide.
They say it happened Saturday just after 11 p.m. when officers were called to Feaster Park for reports of a stabbing.
Officials say they found a woman identified as Gabriela de la Cruz Camero with multiple stab wounds who later died.
Officers also found another victim identified as Jesus Antonio Salazar with stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A few hours later on Sunday just after 2 a.m., officers found Eduardo Mateo Lorenzo dead from an apparent suicide.
Police say an initial investigation led them to believe Mateo Lorenzo stabbed the two victims before he killed himself.
