Necklace snatching duo wanted for robbing teenage girls

The last incident happened in front of 2119 Grand Concourse on April 12 at around 1:30pm. The two men approached another 13-year-old girl from behind on their moped and snatched her necklace.

Police are looking for two men who they say robbed three teenage girls of their necklaces in Soundview and Fordham Heights.

The first incident happened near Gleason Avenue and Noble Avenue on April 11 at 5:42 p.m. The two men approached a 15-year-old girl from behind on a moped and tried to snatch her necklace.

The two men tried again just a few minutes later at 1890 Watson Ave. when they approached a 13-year-old girl. The two men snatched the victim’s necklace from behind and fled on their mopeds.

Investigators say the necklace is valued at around $600.

The last incident happened in front of 2119 Grand Concourse on April 12 at around 1:30pm. The two men approached another 13-year-old girl from behind on their moped and snatched her necklace.

This necklace is valued at $2,080 according to police.

The 13-year-old suffered minor injuries to her neck but refused medical attention.
