Trenton woman accused of assaulting infant in social media video
yesterdayPolice say a 29-year-old man damaged the inside of a restaurant while naked in Lakewood on Sunday.
Authorities say they responded to a burglary call at Maggie’s Bar on Country Club Drive after an employee reported there was a man inside the restaurant destroying furniture, equipment and inventory.
When police arrived at the restaurant, they said they found the man unclothed and showing signs of emotional distress. The man, who has not been identified, was charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
Damages to the bar are estimated to be $100,000, according to police.
The man was transported to Ocean County Jail. Police say he was also taken to a local hospital for a psychological evaluation.
