The Mount Laurel Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman in a cold case.
Police say the woman’s body was found at the former Malibu Grand Prix on Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel 21 years ago.
Genetic testing recently done on the body found that the victim may be of Eurasian descent, likely of the Turkish ethnic group. Officials say that the victim may have been from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or Azerbaijan.
Authorities have also released a composite sketch of what the victim looked like.
Mount Laurel police are urging anyone who may recognize the victim to contact them at commentspd@mountlaurelpd.org.
