Jamie Moore has been released from the Essex County Correctional Facility pending her next court appearance.
Jamie Moore is accused of abusing her daughter, Jashyah Moore. The teen was missing for nearly a month and was found in New York City by a good Samaritan.
Jamie Moore is not allowed to contact Jashyah Moore or her 3-year-old son.
Her attorney says that the allegations of abuse are unproven.
