Morristown's Nic Fink to compete in 2024 Paris Olympics
Team USA is coming together for the Paris Olympics starting next month with more help from New Jersey.
Nic Fink, 30, of Morristown, has been added to the team. He won the 100-meter breaststroke at the Olympic trials. And his wife was there cheering him on. They're expecting their first child.
Fink, who balances swimming with a 40-hour-a-week job, will be heading to his second Olympics after touching first in 59.08. He held off Charlie Swanson, who secured the expected second spot for Paris in 59.16.
“That's a win for me," Fink said, “but it's really a win for everybody in my life."
