A mobile COVID-19 testing site is now available in Newark.

A mobile COVID-19 testing site is now available in New Jersey’s largest city.
The walk-up site is located at 475-487 Irvington Ave. in Newark. It will be open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. through May 30. No appointment is necessary. All insurances are accepted and identification is required.
Newark Mayor Ras Baraka says that the city currently has seven testing sites and that an eighth site will open Thursday at University High School in the Clinton Hill section of the city.

Those who are without insurance should bring their Social Security card.
Antibody testing is also available.
