A 57-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly torching the car of a woman he is not supposed to go near.
Police say Gerol Francilme was seen on video pouring liquid onto the victim's car, then setting it on fire.
They say Francilme walked away from the scene, but later returned to the home – violating a protective order.
He was ordered to be held on $250,000 bond.
