Middletown holds memorial to remember 37 residents killed in Sept. 11 attack

Middletown lost 37 people in the attack – more than any other town except for New York City.

A ceremony was held Monday evening to remember the Middletown residents killed in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
More than 100 people gathered at the Memorial Garden in town. The memorial was dedicated in 2003 following the attacks.
The ceremony featured a wreath-laying and silent march.
Middletown lost 37 people in the attack – more than any other town except for New York City.
