An independent candidate running for mayor of Stafford Township is accused of selling marijuana to an undercover police officer.
Thomas Litwin was arrested and hit with several drug-related charges, including marijuana distribution to an undercover police officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
His bail has been set at $50,000.
Litwin was one of two independent candidates challenging Republican Mayor John Spodofora in the November election.
