Clayton police: Man, woman found dead inside apartment in reported murder-suicide

Police in Clayton say they are investigating what led to a suspected murder-suicide in Gloucester County on Tuesday night.
Authorities say they were called to the Academy Arms Apartments at 357 N. Broad St. at 7 p.m. for reports of gunfire.
According to police, officers arrived at the scene and found a 45-year-old man and 43-year-old woman dead inside an apartment. They say the initial investigation indicates that this was a murder-suicide.
No further information was made available. The investigation is ongoing, and police say there is no danger to the public.
