Warren County prosecutors say a man and woman from Phillipsburg left two toddlers in a car as the couple attended a wine tasting session.

Prosecutors say John O'Mahoney, 43, and Radhika Vyas, 37, left the children, ages 2 and 3, in the car back in February at Four Sisters Winery in White Township.

Authorities say the children were left alone for 20 minutes. Troopers located the vehicle in Harmony Township that same day, and authorities say the children were unharmed.

O'Mahone and Vyas were both charged Thursday with cruelty and neglect of children. The suspects face up to 18 months behind bars if convicted.
