A man from Gloucester City could face theft charges for skipping a bridge toll 224 times.
Daniel Marks drove in the E-ZPass only lanes on the Benjamin Franklin and the Walt Whitman bridges between May and November of 2016.
He avoided paying more than $1,100 in tolls and built up $5,600 in fees.
A judge ruled that driving over the bridges repeatedly without paying is theft.
