A man sentenced to life in prison for randomly killing three Pennsylvania residents in 2015 has been indicted on charges he murdered four people in New Jersey.
The Union County Prosecutor's office said Thursday that a grand jury has indicted Todd West, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, on murder charges in the May and June 2015 shooting deaths of four people.
West was sentenced in October after pleading guilty to killing two people in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and a third in Easton.
He said at a hearing at the time that he "just wanted to kill them."
Authorities say West will be transferred to New Jersey from Pennsylvania to be arraigned on the charges.
It's unclear whether he has an attorney who can speak on his behalf.
