A man accused of causing a fatal crash in Kearny is now facing additional charges.

William Frazier is now charged with aggravated manslaughter in connection to the crash that killed Vance Caswell in March.

Frazier is accused of driving while intoxicated during the collision.

He was arrested again Thursday before the upgraded charges were filed.
