Police: Man arrested for recording another man in Burlington bathroom

A man shopping at a department store told authorities someone was recording him using the bathroom on Sunday, according to police.
Authorities say David Reyes, 19, of Pennsauken Township, faces invasion of privacy charges for recording a man under a stall at Burlington in Evesham on Route 73.
The victim reported that he saw a cellphone being held under the stall and recording him, police say. They say Reyes was purposely recording the victim using the bathroom, for his own sexual gratification.
Reyes was charged with invasion of privacy and released, pending his first appearance in Burlington County Superior Court.
