A man was arrested following a standoff with police that lasted a little over a day in Egg Harbor Township.
The standoff ended Friday in the township. It is not clear what led to the standoff.
Police say Prentiss Blaylock, 37, was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation before being sent back to prison. No injuries were reported.
Authorities did not say how they ended the stalemate.
Blaylock was wanted on several charges, including assault, child abuse and resisting arrest.
