A man from South Carolina has been accused of attempting to sell an assault rifle at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City.

A man from South Carolina has been accused of attempting to sell an assault rifle at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City.
Police arrested Larry Sypolt, 42, Tuesday after finding him in his car at the resort’s self-parking garage.
According to police, Sypolt was arrested after detectives discovered he had a handgun and the rifle, which had a large capacity magazine, a pistol grip and a flash suppressor.
Sypolt has been charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of an assault rifle and possession of a large capacity magazine.
He was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
