Man accused in 2023 Paterson killing tracked to Florida and arrested
Police say Perez was tracked to Florida and moved back to New Jersey on Tuesday.

A deadly shooting in Paterson has led to an arrest nearly two years later.
Joshua Perez is in custody this morning in New Jersey. He's accused of killing a 33-year-old man in November 2023 near Park Avenue and Straight Street.
Police say Perez was tracked to Florida and moved back to New Jersey on Tuesday.
It's unclear when he will first face a judge.
