It's finally Friday and it's time for main street, New Jersey this morning. Lauren de is in Fort Lee, highlighting local businesses. All right, Lauren, what's our first spot this morning? This one is so fitting. So it's 7017 rain, but it's not spelled like rain, rain. It's spelled like Reign and here's a song here. Now this is such a cool spot that you have and you're the owner. So tell me about this boutique you got going on. Yeah. So it's a number one boutique in New Jersey for your uh designer fashion goods. Um We have brands like Marella Marie song for the I mean, this is look at all. This is some high fashion stuff, right? Yeah, but anyone can wear it, anyone can wear it. Um It's, we have designer fashion brands all the way down to your everyday lifestyle where I like Stone Island, North Face, 10 Footwear. Um You know, we have many brands such as these are they back in style and then everyone else I would say so, especially this past summer. Well, I'm like learning all about fashion over here. And so what's the price point? You have going on, you know, it, it varies. It really varies. Um, it could get pretty steep but all the way down to your $60 vans. So we do definitely cover all ranges. I know we were just joking before. This is my first time touching golden goose sneakers. Is that what they're called? Right. Yeah. Ok. At least I got that right. And so do, do you have a sale coming up? What's going on? Yeah. So every, like everyone knows, uh, Black Friday is around the corner, so we'll definitely be doing something, um, on and off line. We also have an online floor. Yeah. Ok. So I can go find you online if they can't come to Fort Lee. The name and dot com. 7017 rain dot com. All right. Well, cool. It is finally Friday and it's time for main street, New Jersey. And this morning, Lauren de is in Fort Lee highlighting local businesses. Second stop Lauren. Where are you now? We know you were shopping a little earlier. How about now? Ok. What do we got a little workout? Ok. So this is, yeah, this is probably a first, right? We're usually eating on main Street, but I'm on a Reformer Denise over here. You're the instructor. Ok. So let's jump on a little bit about the, this is a little intimidating. We're gonna begin by, you're gonna extend your legs, press the carriage all the way out. You're using your to pull the carriage back in. Good. So we're working on keeping the length of yours fine and pull the carriage in. So I always say the word pull because you're using the back of your legs. Your hand need to pull the carriage in. We're gonna go one more and then resist it in. We're gonna change positions, bring your feet together, knees together, think that they're crazy glued together. We're gonna go three times length and pull the carriage in. We typically do about 10 of each of these positions and I'm just gonna give you two more here. I've never done Pilates before. You're doing great. You're doing great and then resist it all the way in good. Right from here. Lower your toes, press the all about and stay out there. Think of it as your calf stretch. I'm gonna have you lower your heels all the way down heaven and then lift them all the way up good. So we're working the mobility, the flexibility and lift good lower into the stretch and lift up good. You wanna be careful that you don't pop those ankles. So that's my job is, is to find and help you to go a little bit deeper into your practice and find your correct form. It can take time. I'm gonna have you now bend one knee, let one heel lower, stay out there. If you can bend this knee and then change one and we call prancing in one, pull in and two, it's a deeper stress, right? Uh And two because I'm gonna get you going in a moment for three and three. Give me one more for four and four and then bend your knees. Just bring the carriage in. The reformer is set up with springs. I'm gonna take some springs off to make it a little bit lighter, but you know, you're gonna have to move it now with your hand and so these ears straps, arms will go straight up. Wait a minute. Come back home. Bring your legs to table. I remember my coffee is right here. Cup of coffee is here all day. Keep the length of your spine. You're gonna take it in. Now. Can we use your X out? Pull the belly in and return now, can you bring your head and shoulders up? Crawl up into it. Yes and return. Pull the belly in. That's ok. I don't count that one. If you click that carrot for 21 stole the coffee, we're gonna come back because we just got the wrap. We're gonna come back and we'll talk to, uh, we'll talk to Scott and there's gonna be at six o'clock, you got it. There you go. I'm not gonna be joining the class. Don't worry, that's it. It's finally Friday and it's time for Main Street, New Jersey this morning. Our Lauren de she's in Fort Lee, checking out local businesses. Ok, Lauren, you've been bouncing around a little shopping, a little workout. What we got now? Ok, so we're gonna stay at Club Pilates because now I want to talk about it after actually doing it. So here's the owner, here is Scott. Ok, tell me about Club Pilates. That was a fun workout. Well, first of all, we wanna welcome you to Club Pilates for Lee Lauren. You had a quick 12 minute workout. That was our former floor one class. It's for beginners foundation class. I think I had a really cool workout right for the first time. And it's so intimidating. I see all these Instagram videos of people on those reformers and I want to do it and you could do it as a beginner. Yeah, absolutely. But first of all, I have my staff here, I have Bianca, my district manager and I have um are we just walking? Yeah. Yeah, we'll go inside. We'll see because it looks like they're on the TX right now. So you got a whole lot of everything you offer. So, so we offer a full body workout here. We offer roughly 100 and 60 classes every week. Uh, with Pilates, we also offer group fitness. So everybody's getting a full body workout here. We offer over 500 exercises. So we're a one stop shop. People don't need to go to a gym. Yeah, this is a replacement of a gym or how does it all work? Yeah. No, absolutely. So, again, it's a full body workout. We have instructed, right? So, you're getting that attention. It's small group classes, right? Is maximum 12 people. So, yeah, you're getting, it's instructor driven. He's doing the same thing. It's motivating. We feel we have a really phenomenal community here. Really strong team in. It's 6 17 and the class is practically fulls pretty good. Yeah, absolutely. So, people start out early, they come late. We have classes start at 8 39 30 at night. Um, but, yeah, people just love to work out, you know, it's, I think it's, uh, health driven now. People are really seeing the benefits of Pilates. Um, so, yeah, very exciting. We're gonna, you wanna go there, we'll go there. I'm going here. We're going on this one. I love it. I'm a New Pilate. I, I'm an expert. Two at 1 ft in one leg in. Oh, what are we doing? One, let's two straps. Oh. Right. Is the instructor down to the TRX leg? The other leg is gonna bend, bend your knee, place it on the map, lift your hands up and just feel that TRS you guys, I'm gonna exercise. Ok. Lauren is now checking out a flower shop in Fort Lee. Lauren. Exactly. This place is called dancing pedals, but we're not gonna be doing any dancing unless Michael. You wanna do some dancing for us. Oh, yeah, I can do a little but I don't want to embarrass myself in front of everybody in New Jersey. Good morning, New Jersey. Ok. So tell me about your flower shop you have going on here. Well, this is more like a floral design studio. That's how we call it. Uh We do all sorts of things related to flower because flowers are related to everything. Pretty much every occasion, sad occasions, we do events, weddings, uh daily flower shopping. So everything relates to flour. You can find it here. And we were talking earlier. You have so many orchids here and these are all real. Tell everyone at home the secret. Can you do it? Yeah, sure. Uh Well, I spilled it to my friends but here's a little trick dried eggshell, powder them, right. Crush them into powders, Sprinkle them all over, almost dying. Work it with will come to bloom again. That's amazing because you have, it's unreal how you keep them alive and you have a lot of bouquets and displays all on the back there. Who you do this with. Right. Well, the one true boss partner in crime. My wife Kate. Uh, she is the chief designer. Uh I run the business. Uh, I do and leave everything to her. So she is the one who designs all the bouquets. And when you see wedding arches, she's the one who is in charge of everything. So, what came first? The marriage or the flowers? And then before marriage, she, because she liked flowers. We would go around in Manhattan in the flower district and I would carry all the flowers for her just as a hobby. But that became a bit. That's so cute. Before this, we were all in separate business. Yes. Speaking of main street, it's finally Friday and it's time for Main Street, New Jersey. And this morning, Lauren do, she's at Fort Lee highlighting local businesses. Yeah, Lauren, we know it's a growing downtown. So what do you got now? Ok. Yeah, exactly. Nick. That's right. So I'm pretty surprised with Fort Lee, right when we think about the George Washington Bridge, but they have a really great town center here. So we're gonna talk to Romina from the business district Alliance of pleasantly surprised here. This is really nice. It's wonderful here, tremendous revitalization, the mayor and council along with the BDA, incredible job, the businesses, buildings that have gone up. I mean, Fort Lee is booming all over businesses are here because we just highlighted a really great the flower shop here in. So we have, uh, an enormous amount so diverse. You'll see the Village today, which is a great new little place that opened up for like mommy and me, tons of fitness, yoga restaurants, clothing stores. We really do. We have going on in Fort Lee. And why do you think it's so important that you revitalize Fort Lee? Well, it's important for the community as a whole. People coming in. I mean, it's really a small little city so close to New York City. People love to come here. We do and we have so many, so many events, we find the events by the way. So we have our own site. So the Fort Lee BD A ok. You can go on there to see everything that's going on. This Sunday marks our last artisan market and our first, we'll talk more about that. Awesome. And the weather hopefully will be nicer by Sunday because right now it's a little foggy. We're in Fort Lee Lauren de 12 New Jersey.

It's finally Friday and time for main street, New Jersey. We've been waiting for this day time and this morning Lauren de is in Fort Lee. Yeah, Lauren, what are we checking out? What's something it's called the Village. What is that? OK? I love this place. My Nick, you're gonna love this place too. If you're a parent, you're gonna love this place because it does take a village to raise a family, Dana here. OK? The village, what is this concept? Explain this to me. The village is just the perfect place for new parents. Parents. All parents are like it's a place where you could bring your little one, let them play while you get the best cup of coffee. OK? So they play and there's coffee. Look at this, I mean, this is a gold mine you have here. This is amazing. Totally. But that's not all moms. What we felt like we really needed was a place where we could bond with our babies while they develop and grow. So we also offer many and classes. So it is just a great experience for you to come with your little. And I mean, look at how you, I look at them up there. You can come stay here for two hours. It's $25 and you can join a club. It's ages five. We have developmental classes, arts and craft, language classes and it's just a gold mine here. I want to come here because we're so far away from where I live. And you just opened too. Right. Yeah, we only open two weeks ago. It's our second location. We have one in Edgewater. Uh but we're so excited to be in Fort Lee. It's been uh an overwhelming experience already. We offer birthday parties here. We're excited to really be a part of this community and meet all the new parents and their little. This is such a great spot. So any parent watching out, you got to check this spot out and how can people find out about you? So we're on Instagram. We have a website. It's about the village dot com. All right, Lauren, you've been doing a lot this morning shopping workout. What have we got now? Ok. This is the food garden and it's a must. Ok. If you come to Fort Lee, we had so much fun at Fort Lee. This is Mike here and Mike Food Garden. This is such a neat spot. Thank you. Thank you. What do you have going on here? Um, so we sell uh organic food, uh, fast casual style. Um, you know, we kind of cater towards, um, you know, people who want like an alternative to going to like mcdonald's or the typical, like a pizza spot. Um, and you made something for me too. What, what, what is that? It's amazing. It's like eggs and like a sausage or what is that what we have there is, uh, the bowl, it's a breakfast bowl. Uh You got some eggs in there, you got some quinoa, uh, guacamole, a little home fries, PICO de gallo, some jalapenos. So it's kind of, it's pretty much one of the most popular breakfast items here. And speaking of popular, you are very popular. Everyone knows who you are. I know. I like a town celebrity. I never knew well, yeah, because your customers, they make you, you know, they make you famous and they get the word out. I know. I know. I'm, I'm waiting to make it to the big leagues, you know, soon I'll be taking your role soon. Listen, we could trade off. You know what I love about this place too. Electric charging right across the way. And, yeah, because if you own an electric car, you know, it's a pain when you sit there for like 45 minutes. Right? And we're, we're, they go, they go right here. Yeah, exactly. They just, you know, look over to the left. They're like, oh, this is a spot, this spot and Fort Lee has been surprising me. You got all these chargers all around town. We did a lot of, you know, with the Pilates and really cool place to be in this organic restaurant here. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. Yeah, we do like a lot of things. You know, we have specials daily. We do soups, um, come in, you want a salad, you want like a bowl, like a healthy chemo bowl. It's so health focused here for. I love that. You know, we, we got, you know, if you see up top there to the left is where life meets flavor. So I kinda wanna accentuate that. Amazing. Well, thanks for having us in this morning. I'm gonna go dig in on my breakfast. What do you say? Go ahead. I'm gonna go dig in any, anything else you, you got going on here. Um, what are your hours? Is it open for business right now? Yeah.
