Known for its iconic staircases, Iacono Architectural Metals has been a New Jersey staple for nearly a century.

Founded in 1928 by Guy Iacono's grandfather in Jersey City, the family-owned business has evolved into a global leader in custom staircase design and manufacturing.

From the Shops at Riverside in Hackensack to Hermes at American Dream Mall, Iacono's ornate staircases are recognizable works of art.

Owner Guy Iacono credits the company's success to its family mentality and Jersey roots.

"We don't have a corporate mentality, we have a family mentality," Iacono said. "Jersey roots are very strong, very determined, very persevered."
