It was an emotional day for winners of Sen. Robert Menendez?s inauguration ticket lottery picking up their prizes Thursday.

President-elect Barack Obama?s inauguration is expected to set records in crowds and security for any presidential swearing-in. Obama supporters are planning to flood Washington, D.C. in celebration of the country?s first black president taking office.

The lucky winners were notified Wednesday and were at the senator?s office the next day to sign for their tickets. The tickets, printed as an invitation from the Inaugural Committee, are for standing room on the Washington Mall.
