A Jersey Shore tradition for movie fans is making its return Thursday.
The Lighthouse International Film festival opens Thursday night on Long Beach Island.
Roughly 150 features, documentaries and shorts will be shown at several area venues through Sunday.
"This just seemed so genuine and so sweet, enchanting and wonderful for people who don't necessarily get to see these kinds of films in the movie theater," said Jerry Levine, an actor and director.
Ticketholders can view movies at indoor and outdoor venues, as well as an online selection.
