A drunk driver from Lakewood has been sentenced to six years in prison for a fatal high-speed crash in 2022.

Authorities say Mordechai Berkowitz, 24, struck another car head-on and killed a 44-year-old woman.

Prosecutors said he was driving 90 mph and had a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit at the time of the crash.
