Two people are facing charges in connection with a shooting at the Freehold Borough Public Library last week.
The shooting occurred on April 30 at around 4 p.m. Police found a male victim that has yet to be identified with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he is now in stable condition.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s office announced the arrest of 19-year-old Kanye P. Faucette for attempted murder and weapons charges. Authorities identified Faucette as the person responsible for the shooting.
Police later arrested 20-year-old Heaven D. Holmes on charges related to the incident.
Both Faucette and Holmes are being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution as they await future court proceedings.
