A juvenile driver has been charged in a deadly crash with a freight train that happened in Middlesex County last month.
The motorist allegedly tried to drive through a railroad crossing at the intersection of New Brunswick Avenue and Tyler Place.
A juvenile passenger died at the scene.
The driver faces several charges, including manslaughter and vehicular homicide.
