More than 4,000 Jewish teens are gathering in Crown Heights this weekend for a teen summit.

The CTeen International Summit is held annually and is the world's largest gathering of Jewish teens.

Friday started with an attempt to break a world record for the most Tefillin wrappings in two hours.

"Just to be apart of this its an experience I'm not going to forget this," said Flatbush teen Eitan Brukirer.

Event organizers said they did break the world record by re-cording 1,241 Tefillin wraps in two hours.

They are now sending their results to the Guiness World Records to make it official.

The summit comes as anti-semitic and terror attacks continue around the world.

"Nowadays unfortunately, some people are scared to be proud of their culture and faith," said Nate Grinberg, a teen from Bucks County, PA.

Some teens said they are making changes to start conversations and bring visibility to their culture and faith.

"I myself after Oct. 7, I started wearing my kippah everyday to school and I saw a lot more Jews coming up to me and talking about Judaism," said Daniel Farasatpour, a teen from Pacific Palisades, CA.
