Temperatures across New Jersey grew colder this week, ramping up the urgency to help those who are homeless.

Temperatures across New Jersey grew colder this week, ramping up the urgency to help those who are homeless.
There are multiple homeless encampments across Ocean County. A team with the nonprofit Just Believe went to these encampments to provide outreach. They were led by a man known as “Cousin Philly.”
The group provided information to the homeless to let them know they don’t have to spend the winter outside and that there are alternatives around New Jersey.
