The Manchester Township School District motto is “Excellence by Example.”

A student named Broden is a great example of this.

The school district just wrapped up its cereal drive for local food pantries. Broden – a student at Ridgeway Elementary School – went above and beyond.

Broden’s plan was to partner with local businesses and scale the donations.

The Toms River restaurant Shut up and Eat got involved. So did Paul Prendergast Karate in Toms River. The result was hundreds of cereal boxes donated.
