A man from Maine is bringing inspiration to residents of the Garden State.
Billboards that just say "hopeful" have been spotted in Jersey City, Newark and Fairfield. The billboards are being rented out by Charlie Hewitt for his Hopeful project.
He says he wants people to have hope and thought the best way to get the message out was to put it on busy highways.
The billboards span across states - including Maine, Maryland and Connecticut.
Hewitt says he'll be renting out the billboards all year and projects that 11 million people will see them.
