A New Jersey police department was honored for successfully completing a mental health and special needs crisis stabilization training.
The International Association of Chiefs of Police recognized the Cranford Police Department for achieving all requirements of the "One Mind Campaign Pledge."
Cranford has over 40 officers certified as crisis intervention training responders, which is 75% of its force.
