Jersey Proud: Angelina’s Closet is helping students in need for the prom season in Hudson County

Every student is being granted the space to feel confident and celebrated for this special night.

Students at North Bergen High School are being given the opportunity to make prom even more memorable.

Angelina’s Closet is helping students who are struggling financially, a chance to pick up prom items for free. There are about 300 dresses to choose from as well as shoes, handbags and jewelry.

Every student is being granted the space to feel confident and celebrated for this special night. This the first year they've had the closet at the school and hope to make this annual thing.

Last week, the mayor and board of commissioners recognized the Gardner and Camacho families who run Angelina's Closet.
