A Port Authority police legend, 9/11 survivor and Navy veteran is now a children's author and is doing Jersey Proud.

Will Jimeno's story was originally depicted in the 2006 film "World Trade Center." Now, he's telling his own story in "Sunrise through the Darkness."

He says he's received a great response from children, educators and parents across the country.

The children's book is on Amazon and will be released next month.
