Police are searching for two armed men who bound and robbed a Jersey City homeowner Friday.
Police say two men with guns broke into 353 5th St. in broad daylight. The home's owner, James Cardinali, walked in on the robbery and was tied up with duct tape.
The crooks made off with about $10,000. Cardinali told News 12 New Jersey that he was too shaken to comment.
Authorities believe the robbery was an isolated incident. However, they are still reminding residents to make sure they lock up and secure their homes over the holiday weekend.
