Investigators say they are still looking into the death of a 3-year-old Haddon Township boy found dead in a park three hours after his father reported him missing.
Prosecutors said Wednesday that there was no indication of forced entry at Brendan Creato's father's home after the boy went missing last Tuesday.
The boy's body was found in Cooper River Park about a half-mile from the home . Authorities say the results of the autopsy remain pending. A prelimiary autopsy was inconclusive.
An attorney for the boy's father, D.J. Creato, told The Philadelphia Inquirer that investigators have told him that he is not a suspect. Richard Fuschino Jr. says Creato spoke to investigators without a lawyer present and has been told police have no suspects.
