An early morning blaze in Passaic County Monday has left two people dead.The fire broke out at an apartment building on River Road in Passaic.Officials say the victims were a husband and wife in their 50s or 60s. According to officials, the woman was only able to walk with a walker and was in a hospital bed in the living room.Neighbors say the woman's husband was in good shape and they were surprised to hear he wasn't able to escape the blaze.Fire officials say the blaze doesn't appear to be suspicious and that a problem with electrical wiring may have caused the fire.Fire Prevention Tips: Borough of Chatham Bureau of Fire Safety Home Safety Council
