It was hot and humid in Matawan this morning – but that didn’t stop runners from participating in the Main Street Donuts Shark Run 5K.
The race is a tribute to the victims of the Matawan shark attacks dating back to July 1916, which led to the novel and then the movie “Jaws."

Money raised from the race is going toward the Matawan Regional High School Performing Arts program.
