An attorney for the Township of Guttenberg says that officials are looking into reports that a Guttenberg police officer improperly parked in a handicapped spot outside a local Starbucks.
News 12 New Jersey obtained a photo from a Guttenberg resident who said that she has handicapped placards for her car and wished to park in the spot.
She says that when she asked the officer to move his vehicle, he declined.
News 12 reached out to Guttenberg police for comment, but they did not respond.
