One New Jersey town is getting a taste of South Beach as filming for the upcoming 'Miami Vice ’85' brings a retro Miami look to Wayne.

Palm trees were spotted at the Preakness Shopping Center, where storefronts and vehicles were transformed to reflect the movie’s 1980s setting.

The production recently gave audiences their first look at "Miami Vice ’85,' which stars New Jersey native Michael B. Jordan and Austin Butler.

Jordan, fresh off his Oscar win for Best Actor, takes on the role of Ricardo “Tubbs” Tubbs, while Butler stars as James “Sonny” Crockett.

The film reimagines the iconic crime drama, bringing the world of Miami’s undercover detectives to the big screen, with Wayne serving as one of its filming locations.
