Gov. Phil Murphy was in New Brunswick on Thursday for the groundbreaking of the new Nokia Bell Lab facility.
The governor took time to highlight the lasting impact of Bell Labs in New Jersey. He says the company’s innovations have reached far beyond the Garden State.
“For over a century, Bell Labs has transformed our state, our nation, and the world…This is literally an iconic and globally unique institution,” Murphy said.
Murphy added that Bell Labs’ history continues to shape technology and inspire the next generation of breakthroughs.
