Psychologist Bart Rossi says help must be made available to help Jersey City police officers process three separate shootings in less than a week.

One of those shootings claimed the life of Detective Marc Dinardo. The three police-involved shootings have also claimed the lives of three suspects.

Rossi conducts mental evaluations for several New Jersey police departments. Rossi says not only does aid need to be offered to help officers grieve and get over anger, but also to avoid the larger threat of post traumatic stress.
