With Donald Trump appearing in court on charges stemming from the 2016 election, News 12's Brian Donohue couldn't help but notice a rich irony. If Trump had committed his alleged crimes in New Jersey, the new law - passed and signed by the Democrat-controlled state Legislature - might have gotten him off the hook.
