Gov. Chris Christie was back at the beach, in the form of sand art. 

The sand sculpture is on display in Seaside Heights.

It pokes fun at the governor who was snapped sitting on Island Beach State park Sunday, one of the beaches he shut down due to the budget impasse. 

The sculpture was prominently displayed just in time for the Fourth of July, the same day he signed the final budget to end the shutdown.
