New Jersey residents are preparing for the effects of Tropical Storm Hanna.The storm is expected to bring heavy rain and flooding to the state this weekend. Forecasters expect the storm to leave the area by Sunday morning. At the Home Depot store in Hazlet, customers are stocking up on flashlights, batteries and generators. A manager at the store says homeowners should also consider buying a sump pump if there is flooding.Some Southern states have declared states of emergency in anticipation of the storm.The storm has been blamed for at least 137 deaths in Haiti.
